Product Introduction of the Lithium disilicate

Lithium disilicate is a high-performance dental glass-ceramic material. It is widely used in dental restorations (such as veneers, inlays, crowns and bridges, etc.) due to its excellent strength, aesthetics and biocompatibility.

High Strength

Flexural strength: 300–400 MPa (stronger than leucite-based ceramics).

Suitable for single crowns, veneers, inlays/onlays, and short-span bridges.

Natural Aesthetics

Tooth-like translucency and shade-matching ability.

Can be layered with veneering porcelain or stained for lifelike results.

Biocompatibility

Safe for oral tissues, non-toxic, and metal-free.

Processing Methods:

Heat-Pressed – Molten ceramic is pressed into a mold, then crystallized.

CAD/CAM Milled – Blocks are milled and then fired for final strength.
